We're hosting Canadian talent Jessica Wilson as she brings a taste of her Shake It Off tribute to RetroFestive on Saturday, November 23!

Have fun Christmas shopping and grab a Swiftie Selfie too! Enjoy four musical meet and greets between 11:30am and 1:30pm.

Come shop our store in person. Everything you see on our website (plus more!) is available in our store. Prices are the same as online. If you saw something online but can't find it in-store, just ask us ... we can grab it from our warehouse in the back.

DIRECTIONS TO THE WAREHOUSE:

- If traveling via the QEW, take the Trafalgar exit and head North.
- Turn right at the first intersection onto Iroquois Shore Road.
- Take your second right onto North Service Road.
- Turn left onto Invicta Drive. We are the first building on the left (AFTER the building on the corner).
- RetroFestive is at the front of the building. 1100 Invicta Drive, Unit #1.

PICK-UP Details: You can choose to PICK UP your online order at our Oakville Warehouse Store. No appointment necessary if you come during our Open Hours. (just wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up).

How to Place a Pick-Up Order:

Browse our website and add items to your online cart
During the check-out process you will need to enter your shipping address (even though you intend to pick up your order)
Once you are presented with your shipping options, select the free Warehouse Pickup option.
Most orders are usually ready the same day or next day. You will receive an automated email informing you when your order is "Awaiting Pickup". Note: Personalized Ornaments may take a day or two longer.
Once you've received your Awaiting Pickup email, you can come anytime during our STORE HOURS (listed at the top of this page).

Shipping Details:

SHIPPING Details: We ship daily, year-round via Canada Post OR Local Courier. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Most parcels are currently being delivered on schedule: 1 or 2 days in Southern Ontario, 3 to 7 days for the rest of Canada. (Distant areas in eastern, western or northern Canada may take longer). Please note that Canada Post and UPS are not currently guaranteeing any delivery times. So these are just estimates, but generally accurate. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $95+ to most of Canada.
